Soto Gonzalez arrest on warrant

On 07/20/23 at 7:45 a.m., the Plymouth County Sheriff’s Office arrested Jose Ignacio Soto Gonzalez, age 20 of Orange City, Iowa on a valid Plymouth County warrant. The warrant is for violation of probation with an original charge of OWI 1st offense and possession of marijuana 1st offense.  Soto Gonzalez was booked into the Plymouth County Jail and held on bond.
