Update to 8/30/22 10-50 PI

The driver of the motorcycle was identified as Dillon Ray, age 30 of Sioux City, IA.  Dillion is currently being treated at Mercy One in Sioux City for serious but non-life threating injuries sustained in the accident. The driver of the semi was identified as Dennis Clark, age 67 of Little Rock, Iowa.
