Wilson arrested for PCS 3rd

On August 13, 2022, a traffic stop was conducted on a blue Dodge Stratus at the intersection of Highway 75 & Calhoun Street in Merrill, IA. The driver identified as Cody James Wilson, age 49 of Spencer, Iowa, was found to be in possession of multiple controlled substances. Cody was also showing signs of impairment and an OWI investigation took place. Cody was placed under arrest for the possession of a controlled substance 3rd and booked into the Plymouth County Jail.
