Worden arrested for Criminal Mischief/Trespass/PCS

On 07/07/23 at approximately 7:40 a.m., the Plymouth County Sheriff’s Office was called in reference to a home intruder in the 18,000 blk of Talbot Road.  The Plymouth County Sheriff’s Office and the Iowa State Patrol responded to the scene.  An investigation was conducted and as a result William Worden, age 55 of Sioux City, Iowa, was arrested and transported to the Plymouth County Jail.  Mr. Worden was charged with criminal mischief in the 2nd degree, a class D felony; possession of controlled substance, a class D felony and trespass causing damage over $300, a serious misdemeanor.
