Zishka arrested for PCS/Paraphernalia and warrant

On 03/21/23 at 2:49 a.m., the Plymouth County Sheriff’s Office received notification of a subject residing at a residence in Hinton, Iowa and the subject had two valid Plymouth County warrants.  Deputies made contact with the subject at the residence later identified as Michael James Zishka, age 63 of Hinton, Iowa.  As a results of its investigation, Zishka was arrested on the warrants which include violation of probation with an original charge of possession of a controlled substance methamphetamine 1st offense and a warrant for a seven day mittimus.

Zishka also was charged with new charges of possession of controlled substance 2nd offense and possession of drug paraphernalia.  Zishka was booked into the Plymouth County Jail and held on bond for the new charges as well as serving the seven day mittimus.
